The shoes you are buying are neither "fake" nor "authentic".
These shoes have no right to exist. They do not appear in the brands
catalogs, but they exist. One could think that they are "fake",
but they are sold on the most selling websites of the Internet.
The manufacture techniques are identical to the "authentic" ones, because they are made in the same factories.
These factories allow themselves many freedoms, and big brands have no appeal in this domain because in Asia,

9 – WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

The average delivery time varies between 15 and 21 workdays for Europe and the USA, as soon as the online payment (by
credit card or transfer) is validated. Certain deliveries can take only 10 to 15 workdays.
For out-of-stock models or sizes, it is
necessary to allow 1 additionnal week of delay.
For TIMBERLAND shoes, it is necessary to allow 3 additional weeks of delay.
Important note:
In February and October, China goes through two 15 days periods of national holidays.
During these two periods, we will disregard any complaint regarding delays of reception. Orders will be treated by the manufacturers once the national
holidays are over. We shall not make any refund for these periods of delay. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
9 BIS – MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DEPOSITED AT THE POST OFFICE, WHAT DO I DO ?

11 – I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, HOW AM I REFUNDED ?

It is rare but possible that your package is distrained and destroyed by the Customs Services for variable motives. Examples:
· Forgotten Invoice
· Lack of authenticity certificate recognized by the customs under the terms of imitation
· Forgotten pro forma invoice
In this case, we will give you a refund of 100% of the amount of your order
(documentary evidence of destruction to be produced in WORD file) in a delay of 30 days.
Other rare cases:
It is possible that you receive a demand of customs clearance on behalf of the Customs Services.
In this case, we give you a refund of 100% of the depenses engaged in the procedure, in a delay of 30 days

12 – THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO ?

We have already gone through labelling problems, which implies a bad indication of the shoe sizes on the boxes. However, if your
shoes do not fit, we shall compensate you of 15 euros for 1 pair, 25 euros for 2 pairs,
and more for a size difference of more than 2 sizes (higher or lower) from the one ordered, so that you can find a solution
(friend, relation, bidding websites, etc).
12 BIS – EXCHANGES POLICY

The solution of exchange is impossible, even directly to the "International Shoes Trading company" factory itself,
because of the slowness of the return of the package by the post office (more than 2 months),
and of a delay of reception from China (more than a month). By a private carrier, the expenses engaged would exceed 50 euros.
The conditions of exchanges are too heavy in cost and time.

13 – STOCK PROBLEMS DURING THE TREATMENT OF YOUR ORDER

In case there would be an out-of-stock issue during the treatment of your order, the closest model to the one ordered will be delivered,
and in certain rare exceptions, in a higher or lower size. Furthermore, given that Internationale Trading does not function as a regular shop
(no exchange, no refund), we invite you to refer to the question #12-bis of this section.
14 – DAMAGED PACKAGES

It is possible that your package undergoes damages during its delivery by the carrier. In case of a degradation of the item,
please address the carrier (Chronopost), who is responsible for your order during its delivery.
15 – REASONS OUT OF OUR REACH

For non-received orders and out-of-stock issues, we organize a tracking and an information request with the manufacturer,
in a delay of 15 to 21 workdays.
16 – COMPLAINTS CONCERNING THE TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER

Regarding complaints of erroneous tracking informations, demands are accepted after 15 workdays.
We will need you to provide us with :

17 – OTHER PROBLEMS

If you notice a slight defect of manufacture, light stains or a lack of shoebox, please know that these defects are due to a neglect
from the production factury, which is completely justifiable or normal given the practised prices.
Do not forget that stains can also result from the delivery procedure.
18 – WHAT IS THE COST OF AN ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER 7 DAYS ?

We do not operate any refund after 7 days. When you place an order on "chaussures-sports.net", you accept the manufacturer's general terms
and conditions of use without condition. In case the manufacturer accepts the cancellation of your order, we agree to operate a
cancellation realized after 7 days. This order will not be delivered to you, or will not be available in certain countries or islands. In these
conditions, you will be charged 25 euros in supplement of the amount of your cancelled order, to cover 100% of the expenses caused.
18 BIS – WHAT IS THE COST OF TAXES LEVIED ON IMPORTED GOODS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION ?

International Customs Rules : D17-1-5 Importation of commercial goods.
The payment of rights and taxes must occur
in the next months. These rights must be paid by the end of the month of the declaration of exportation realized by
the customers, and declared by the supplier. This tax is calculated by the supplier, who participates in 75% of the cost. The
amount to be settled by the customer is variable, and can not exceed 10€.
19 – NO ANSWER TO MY E-MAILS ?
